Our Chef Vincenzo Vanacore respecting his own land and tradition of whom is the protagonist makes his plates without changing origin and characteristics of the product used,tecnique,experience, know-how and inspiration are the elements supporting the making of authentic recipes.
Our menu' a' la carte is presented from Andrea Confessore, Restaurant Manager, featuring the season of the moment,with dishes prepared to highlight the products available providing a choice to be appreciated by local and foreigners guests.

Our Cellar offer a huge wine selection made with care to satisfy all the demands and wishes of refined palate.
Our courses are presented in a warm atmosphere in our enchanting restaurant,with large windows overlooking the sea or on the beautiful teak terrace sea view.
The wine list has good attention to local and national wine, but also a very good selection of foreign wines from which choose the better wine to match with your food.
